Mr. C. Joseph Schultz is the Chief Executive Officer of CORAS Wellness and Behavioral Health. In this position, Mr. Schultz oversees all the business, clinical, and operational aspects of the most recent organization to join the Inperium Constellation of Affiliates.

Mr. Schultz is a highly innovative, natural leader who brings more than 35 years of executive leadership experience to the CORAS team. Over the course of his career, he has revitalized many addiction treatment programs throughout Southeast Pennsylvania and Northern Delaware, turning them into elite, evidence-based treatment programs successfully serving their communities.

While leading the NET Addiction Treatment Division for nearly 25 years, Mr. Schultz led NET’s transformation of its full service delivery system (outpatient, Intensive Outpatient, Residential, and Medically Managed Detoxification programs) into a fully integrated Recovery Oriented System Of Care. The same day access to treatment with no wait lists combined with evidenced-based clinical practices and a patient-first focus, turned this continuum of care into a leading transformative provider in the Delaware and Lehigh Valleys.

Mr. Schultz’s focus on patient-first approach to treatment leads to each person crafting their own unique pathway to recovery. Focus on self-determination and patient choice is the underlying driving force in service delivery. In 2006, Mr. Schultz created the nationally recognized Consumer Advocacy Council and the first Recovery Support Center in Philadelphia. He also designed and opened the first 23/7 MAT Induction Center in Wilmington and later replicated this program in Philadelphia known as Access Point.

Mr. Schultz holds a M.Ed. from Kutztown University.
